The Pentagon Police Labor Committee was created to advocate for officers and secure legal representation if any disciplinary issues arise. Our goal is to:

• Protect the rights of officers through mediation with PFPA, the grievance process and binding mediation on work related matters.

• Improve working conditions to ensure officers can perform their jobs safely and efficiently.

• Provide fair and equal treatment for all officers.

• Help officers understand their rights within workplace.

The Pentagon Police Labor Committee has the exclusive rights to negotiate with management on behalf of all sworn employees covered under our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
